Treatment in Ayurveda
Panchkarma procedures like shirodhara and shirobasti are useful. Aphrodisiacs help to elevate the mood. Ashwagandha and kauncha powder are useful. Brahmi vati should be taken with milk. Nasya of jyotishmati tail is beneficial.
