    I ran this by my bariatric nutritionist. People who have had gastric bypass should start with one pill instead of two. Other than that, it is safe. I’d still run it by your doctor, but wanted you to know what mine said. I had my surgery 6 years ago and lost 200 pounds, but still have more I’d like to lose. Just ordered mine. :)

      How did the Skinny Fiber work for you? I had a gastric bypass about 7 years ago and was very pleased with the results. However, in the past few months my weight has started creeping up again.     I began taking Skinny Fiber June 26th 2013.. it is now Aug. 2nd 2013 and I have lost a total of 10lbs and around 7 (combined)inches. This product works. Seriously. I have no changed my exercise habits .. and all I did to my diet was cut out sodas. I am considering becoming a distributor since I know this stuff actually work!

    I am diabetic, I have PCOS, and I have high blood pressure. I no longer show symptoms of PCOS or HBP.. my sugar levels have dropped drastically!!!

    I did get it approved by my doctor, who said it was 100% safe as it was all plant extracts!

    How much fiber does Skinny Fiber contain? I haven’t been able to find where that’s available. Maybe I missed it somewhere but just wondering how to calculate how much fiber I eat along with taking this. Thanks.

      Hi Leslie!
      Thank you for your question (an excellent one to ask). For each capsule of Skinny Fiber, there is 390mg of Fiber. If you are taking the recommended dosage of 4 capsules each day (2 capsules before lunch, 2 capsules before dinner), you would be taking 1560 mg of extra fiber each day (or, 1.5 mg extra each day).
      One of the incredible things about Skinny Fiber is one of its key ingredients “Glucomannan” which is an all natural soluble dietary fiber that is used as a thickener which essentially expands in your stomach making you feel fuller longer (so you eat less and therefore helping combat one of the main reasons of weight gain). While Glucomannan works to keep your stomach full and satisfied with less food, you should still consume other sources of fiber to meet your body’s daily needs.
