Announcement: Will Skinny Fiber Work For You? – An In-Depth Review

We’ve all been there before. The “I’m determined to be a G.I. Joe” mindset. We’re unstoppable. Unbeatable. Invinci.. is that pizza?

..Alright let’s be real– anyone who’s actually TRIED losing weight knows this is definitely no easy task in today’s world, as temptation seems to be waiting for us around every corner. Can Skinny Fiber really work for you? Well, let’s hope that this informative review can help you make that decision for yourself.

What Is Skinny Fiber?

Quite possibly, a way to achieve those weight-loss goals that oftentimes feel well out of reach. Many users claim this product can help cut out food cravings, make you feel full between meals, and boost your metabolism for additional calorie burning. How does it do that exactly? Let’s take a look at the 3 main ingredients.

Glucomannan Powder: Natural fiber extracted from the Konjac Root, this finely crushed up substance is used widely in Asian cultures to help suppress one’s appetite. Once consumed, Glucomannan is known to absorb up to 50 times its weight in water– as it acts like a big sponge inside of the stomach, making the user feel full. Konjac also slows down digestion, which results in maintaining a stable blood sugar level while reducing your body’s cravings.

Caralluma Powder: The Carralluma powder found in Skinny Fiber is taken from the Caralluma Fimbriata plant, an East-Indian suppressant that’s been used by hunters and gatherers for many years. Others also claim they’ve noticed an increase in energy during usage.

Cha de Bugre: A Brazilian tree that produces red fruit often used as a replacement for coffee. In Brazilian culture, Cha de Bugre is believed to help boost your metabolism, as well as suppress hunger to assist in weight-loss.

Where Did This Product Come From?

Skinny Fiber, is brought to you by SBC, a United States based company operating out of Murray, Utah. The organization was first established in 2011, and offers a number of other products ranging from weight-loss to skin care.

This product became exceptionally popular after a well-known doctor on television spoke so highly of the many benefits of glucomannan, and other all-natural ingredients that have taken the weight-loss industry by storm.

What Do Real People Say About Skinny Fiber?

Some of you reading this may be skeptical about seeing any results, as there are many unethical people out there on the internet willing to take advantage of those who are struggling to lose weight– many times selling something that won’t work as promised.

Many users purchased this product expecting it to be a waste of time at first, but they stayed committed to the guidelines and ended up being very excited about the results they received. Here’s what a few of them had to say about their experience.

“This product is AWESOME! Not only did it help me lose weight with no exercise but my hair and nails grew like crazy! I totally love it!!” – Amber F. (dietsinreview)

“I’ve been taking Skinny Fiber now for 2 months; its appetite suppressant effect is very noticeable and has helped me to stop me snacking late at night when typically I would consume an extra 250 – 300 calories. The other very noticeable effect is that I feel better physically and look better – or so I’m told :-)” – Rob M. (dietsinreview)

When deciding on whether or not you’d like to purchase Skinny Fiber, it’s important to keep in mind that there’s a 30 day money-back guarantee (less shipping) on all autoship orders.

What Else Should You Know About Skinny Fiber?

Skinny-Fiber-BottleAs you’ve already seen, this product has a lot to offer for anyone wanting to lose weight, especially for those with schedules too tight to go to the gym. But just like any other supplement there are things that you, the potential user, must know before making your decision to buy a product.

It’s vital to understand that there are a few possible side effects if a user isn’t careful in measuring their daily fiber intake. These may include: diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, or constipation.

I would strongly recommend that you educate yourself on the proper amount of fiber your body needs per day. Make sure to take note of the fiber content contained in other foods you eat throughout the day in order to stay within the daily recommendation.

So, Does It Really Work?

With persistence, a bit of self-control, and dedication towards the end result– many claim the answer is yes, Skinny Fiber has worked for thousands of its users. This doesn’t mean you can have an entire cake for yourself, or that you can drink gallons of soda on a regular basis– but with a well-balanced diet, and healthy lifestyle habits, Skinny Fiber is an excellent contribution towards your weight loss arsenal.

    Hi Kimmie,

I’m so sorry about your previous accident! I can only imagine how frustrating that must be :( . I wouldn’t jump into buying anything until you’ve printed off the label and asked your current family Doctor. Unfortunately I don’t feel qualified enough to answer your question– but the support team may be able to provide you with a better response, I’m sure they receive these sort of questions all the time. Email them at

    All the best,
    Jen :)

I ran this by my bariatric nutritionist. People who have had gastric bypass should start with one pill instead of two. Other than that, it is safe. I’d still run it by your doctor, but wanted you to know what mine said. I had my surgery 6 years ago and lost 200 pounds, but still have more I’d like to lose. Just ordered mine. :)

How did the Skinny Fiber work for you? I had a gastric bypass about 7 years ago and was very pleased with the results. However, in the past few months my weight has started creeping up again. I wanted to try Skinny Fiber but I wanted to find out how safe it is after having bypass. I hope it worked for you. I look forward to hearing from you. Pam

Hello Pam! Thanks for writing. I’ve just spoken with the company regarding using Skinny Fiber after gastric bypass, and they have confirmed that it is absolutely fine to use. In fact, one woman had gastric bypass which never worked for her (she gained back the weight she lost). She started taking Skinny Fiber and has lost 60 lbs to date. If you want any more information about it, send me a message! :)

I began taking Skinny Fiber June 26th 2013.. it is now Aug. 2nd 2013 and I have lost a total of 10lbs and around 7 (combined)inches. This product works. Seriously. I have no changed my exercise habits .. and all I did to my diet was cut out sodas. I am considering becoming a distributor since I know this stuff actually work!

I am diabetic, I have PCOS, and I have high blood pressure. I no longer show symptoms of PCOS or HBP.. my sugar levels have dropped drastically!!!

I did get it approved by my doctor, who said it was 100% safe as it was all plant extracts!

How much fiber does Skinny Fiber contain? I haven’t been able to find where that’s available. Maybe I missed it somewhere but just wondering how to calculate how much fiber I eat along with taking this. Thanks.

      Hi Leslie!
Thank you for your question (an excellent one to ask). For each capsule of Skinny Fiber, there is 390mg of Fiber. If you are taking the recommended dosage of 4 capsules each day (2 capsules before lunch, 2 capsules before dinner), you would be taking 1560 mg of extra fiber each day (or, 1.5 mg extra each day).
One of the incredible things about Skinny Fiber is one of its key ingredients “Glucomannan” which is an all natural soluble dietary fiber that is used as a thickener which essentially expands in your stomach making you feel fuller longer (so you eat less and therefore helping combat one of the main reasons of weight gain). While Glucomannan works to keep your stomach full and satisfied with less food, you should still consume other sources of fiber to meet your body’s daily needs. Check out this post I wrote a few months back to determine your daily fiber requirements based on your body type:
I hope this has helped and that you are loving Skinny Fiber!
      Regards, Jen
